Last updated: 1 October 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Voice Lock Android application and related services (the “App”), operated by HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What Voice Lock Is

Voice Lock shows its own lock screen whenever your phone’s screen turns off. You get past it by saying one of the 3–4 phrases you recorded, in your own voice, when the lock screen asks for it, or by entering your backup PIN. Voice checks run entirely on your phone.

2. Convenience Lock, Not a Security Lock

Voice Lock is a convenience lock. It is NOT a security product and must not be relied on to protect your phone, your data, your money or your accounts. Android does not let any app replace its own system lock. Voice Lock runs as an app on top of Android’s lock, and it can be bypassed.

Before you use Voice Lock, and especially before you set Android’s own screen lock to “Swipe” or “None”, you acknowledge these known limitations:

3. Eligibility and Account

4. Subscription and Payments

5. Your Responsibilities

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd is not liable for any unauthorised access to your phone, data, accounts or money, or for being locked out of your phone, whether caused by the limitations described in Section 2, a forgotten PIN, voice recognition errors, a phone restart, actions by your phone’s operating system or manufacturer, or any other cause.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of data, money or profits.

7. Changes and Termination

8. Governing Law
