Last updated: 29 July 2026

HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”) operates the PocketPDF application and related services (the “App”).

PocketPDF is a pocket PDF toolkit. It lets you import, read, and organise PDF documents; merge, split, reorder, rotate and remove pages; compress files; convert photos and scans into PDFs; scan documents with your camera; add stamps, watermarks and page numbers; annotate, fill forms and sign; and — on a paid plan — back up and sync documents to the cloud and ask AI questions about a document. Certain features are available only to PocketPDF Pro subscribers.

PocketPDF is local-first. Documents you import stay on your device. Reading, organising, and most editing happen entirely offline — your files are not uploaded to us. Your document contents leave your device only in two situations, both of which you choose: when you turn on cloud backup for a document, and when you use Ask AI on a document. Both are explained in sections 3 and 4 below.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use PocketPDF, wherever in the world you use it.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
