By accessing, downloading, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

DoseUp is a medicine reminder and medication-management application designed to help users take medicines on time, track adherence, understand drug interactions and side effects, and share medication history with caregivers or doctors.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
• If you are under 18, you must use the Platform under parental or guardian supervision, particularly when tracking medication.
• By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• Certain features require account creation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading details.

4. License & Usage Rights

4.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial medication-management purposes.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or resell any content, databases, or materials.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Platform for unlawful or harmful activities.
• Share your account with others.

5. Subscription, Pricing & Payments

• Some features may be available through paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• Payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers.
• We do not store your payment information.

6. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of the services, all purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• No refunds will be provided for partial usage, inactivity, or change of mind.

7. Medical Disclaimer

• DoseUp is intended to assist you in managing your medication schedule. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Drug-interaction warnings, side-effect information, and AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication.
• Do not rely on DoseUp for emergency or life-threatening situations.

8. User Content & Conduct

• You may submit content such as medicine details, prescription images, adherence notes, or feedback.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content:
  • Does not violate laws
  • Is not abusive, offensive, or harmful
  • Does not include another person’s medical information without their consent
• We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for violations.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content including designs, educational material, AI tools, and branding are owned by or licensed to HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd.
• You are granted usage rights only, not ownership.
• Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

10. AI Features

• The Platform includes AI-powered tools for drug-interaction checks, side-effect summaries, and adherence insights.
• AI responses may not always be accurate or complete.
• Users must not rely solely on AI outputs for critical medical decisions.

11. Third-Party Services

• The Platform may integrate third-party services (e.g., analytics, payment gateways, pharmacological data providers).
• We are not responsible for third-party functionality or policies.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Misuse the Platform or its features
• Payments fail or are disputed
• Required by law

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not liable for any medical outcomes, indirect or consequential damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd, its team, and partners from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms

15. Privacy Policy

Your use of DoseUp is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and used.

16. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
