We respect your right to control your data. If you no longer want to use DoseUp, you can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.
How to request deletion
Send an email to our support team from the email address registered on your DoseUp account:
Email: support@houseoftech.ai
Subject line: DoseUp Account Deletion Request
Include in the email:
- Registered email address or phone number on your account
- (Optional) Reason for deletion — helps us improve
What gets deleted
When we process your request, the following data is permanently deleted from our systems:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, profile picture)
- All medicine schedules, dosage history, and adherence data
- Prescription images you uploaded
- Caregiver and contact entries you added
- Any notes, feedback, or support correspondence
- Subscription & billing records (to the extent permitted by law — some transactional records may be retained for statutory compliance, e.g., tax and audit requirements, typically up to 7 years)
What may be retained
In accordance with legal and compliance obligations under Indian law, the following may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form:
- Anonymised analytics data (cannot be linked back to you)
- Billing records required for GST and audit purposes
- Logs required for fraud prevention and security
Timeframe
- We acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification.
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
