These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online store at dharmic.store, including all pages, content, features, and the purchase of any product through it (collectively, the “Store”), operated by HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”).

By browsing the Store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. About the Store

Dharmic Store sells devotional and spiritual products — rudraksha & malas, shivlings, idols & statues, yantras, pendants & amulets, itra, and puja kits & combos — curated in association with sacred sites of Bharat, including Jyotirlinga, Char Dham, and Shakti Peetha collections, and delivered across India.

2. Devotional Products — No Guaranteed Outcome

• Spiritual efficacy is a matter of individual faith and belief; it is not a measurable product specification and cannot form the basis of a return or refund claim.
• If you are experiencing a medical, mental-health, legal, or financial concern, please consult a qualified professional. Our products must not be used in place of medicine or treatment.
• Products are not food, medicine, cosmetics for internal use, or therapeutic devices. Itra and fragrance products are for external application only; discontinue use if irritation occurs.
• Small items, beads, and metal components can be a choking hazard — keep away from young children.

3. Product Descriptions, Materials & Images

• Natural materials such as rudraksha, Narmada stone, parad, gemstones, crystals, wood, brass, and copper are handmade or naturally formed. Variation in grain, colour, tone, mukhi shape, veining, weight, and finish is inherent and is not a defect.
• Product photographs are indicative. Colour may render differently across screens, and props or backgrounds shown are not included unless expressly listed.
• Dimensions and weights are approximate and subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerance.
• Metal items may develop natural patina over time; this is expected and not a defect.
• We aim to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that any description, price, or other content is error-free. If a product is not as described, your remedy is set out in our Payment & Cancellation Policy.

4. Temple Association & Sourcing Claims

• References to Jyotirlingas, Char Dham, Shakti Peethas, or other sacred sites describe the tradition, region, or sourcing lineage associated with a product.
• Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, Dharmic Store is an independent retailer and is not an official agent, licensee, or authorised vendor of any temple, trust, math, or religious body, and no endorsement by any such body is implied.
• Where we describe an item as blessed, energised, or prepared with shuddhi, this refers to a devotional process carried out before dispatch and is not a certification by any third party.

5. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order or make a payment.
• By using the Store, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and that the information you provide is accurate.

6. Account Registration

• You may browse the Store and check out as a guest; creating an account lets you save addresses and track orders.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete delivery details. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or an unreachable phone number.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts with false, misleading, or fraudulent details.

7. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and dispatch it — an order confirmation email or SMS is an acknowledgement, not acceptance.
• We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or part, if the item is out of stock, a pricing or listing error is discovered, the delivery PIN code is not serviceable, payment is not authorised, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive. Where we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount is refunded.
• Quantity limits may be applied to high-demand or festival items.
• Title and risk of loss in the goods pass to you on delivery to the address you provided.

8. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) on the product page and at checkout, and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Any shipping charge is shown separately at checkout.
• Prices, offers, discounts, and combo pricing may change at any time without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price shown at the moment of checkout.
• Online payments are processed by RBI-licensed payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay, PhonePe, or similar providers), supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and wallets. The active payment gateway may change from time to time without prior notice.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and PIN codes; a COD handling fee may apply and is shown at checkout.
• We do not store your full card, UPI, or netbanking credentials on our servers.

9. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship pan-India through third-party courier partners. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹999; below that, a shipping charge is shown at checkout.
• Delivery timelines shown anywhere on the Store are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals, strikes, or force majeure.

10. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible and the return process applies.
• We accept returns or replacements for products that arrive damaged, defective, wrong, or materially not as described, reported within the window stated in our policy with unboxing evidence.
• Certain items — including opened itra and fragrance products, consumables, and personalised or energised-to-order items — are non-returnable for hygiene and sanctity reasons, except when damaged or defective.
• Dissatisfaction with the spiritual effect of a product is not a valid ground for return or refund.

11. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Purchase products for resale, wholesale, or commercial redistribution without our written agreement.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce our product photography, descriptions, branding, or catalogue for any commercial use.
• Use automation, bots, or scripts to place bulk orders, exploit offers, or disrupt the Store.
• Place fraudulent, fake, or repeatedly refused Cash-on-Delivery orders.
• Use the Store for any unlawful purpose, or to promote hatred against any community, faith, or belief.
• Post reviews or content that is false, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.

12. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Store — product photography, text, descriptions, design, layout, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd or its respective rights holders, and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
• Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item only; no rights in our content, images, or branding transfer to you.
• If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Store infringes your rights, contact us at the email below and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.

13. Third-Party Services

• The Store runs on the Shopify e-commerce platform and integrates third-party services including payment gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe), courier and logistics partners, messaging providers, and analytics and advertising tools.
• These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent functionality or policies.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or refuse to serve you if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Payments fail, are disputed, or charged back.
• You repeatedly refuse Cash-on-Delivery shipments or file claims we determine to be false.
• Required by court order or government authority.

15. Disclaimer

• The Store and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Store, continuous availability of any product, or that any listing, price, or description is free of error.
• We make no representation as to any spiritual, astrological, health, financial, or personal outcome associated with any product.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for any loss or decision arising from your reliance on product descriptions or spiritual claims.
• We are not liable for courier delays, mis-delivery to an address you supplied incorrectly, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or limits any non-waivable rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other consumer law applicable to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Store or any product purchased
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party right

18. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Store is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is handled.

19. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
• The Terms in force at the time you place an order govern that order.
• Continued use of the Store after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable where you habitually reside.
• Subject to such mandatory rules, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
