This Policy explains how orders placed on dharmic.store are packed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges applicable to your order are always displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are verified, prepared with shuddhi, and packed within 1–2 working days of order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or after cut-off are processed on the next working day.
• During major festivals (Navratri, Shivratri, Diwali, Akshay Tritiya and similar) processing may take slightly longer due to order volume.
• Custom, made-to-order, or specially energised items may need additional preparation time, mentioned on the product page.

4. Courier Partners & Tracking

• We ship through reputed third-party courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Ekart, India Post, or an aggregator such as Shiprocket. The partner is chosen based on your PIN code and the nature of the item.
• A tracking number is sent by email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier’s website.
• To deliver a physical order we must share your name, address, and mobile number with the courier partner — see our Privacy Policy.

5. Serviceability & Address Accuracy

• We deliver across India to serviceable PIN codes. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will contact you and refund the order in full.
• Please provide a complete address with landmark, correct PIN code, and a reachable mobile number. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address.
• Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Email support with your order number as early as possible.

6. Packaging

• Items are packed in protective, respectful packaging suited to devotional articles. Fragile items such as shivlings, idols, and glass-framed products receive additional cushioning.
• We recommend recording an unboxing video of the sealed parcel. It is required for damage, breakage, and missing-item claims under our Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Delivery Attempts, Refusal & RTO

• Courier partners typically make up to three delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable.
• If the parcel cannot be delivered after these attempts, or delivery is refused, it is returned to us (RTO). Refunds for RTO orders are handled as described in our Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Re-shipping an RTO parcel requires fresh shipping charges.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 working days, email us with your order number and we will raise an investigation with the courier.
• If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we send a free replacement where stock permits, or issue a full refund.
• Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery to the address you provided.

9. International Shipping

• Dharmic Store currently ships within India only.
• If international shipping is enabled in future, applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges will be payable by the recipient.
