These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VastuGuru website, software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”).

By accessing, registering, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

VastuGuru is an AI-powered Vastu compliance tool. You upload photos of your home, upload a floor plan, or answer a guided questionnaire, and our system analyses your inputs to generate a Vastu compliance report — including a Vastu score, an eight-direction (zone) breakdown, identified issues, and suggested remedies. A free preview (your score, verdict and a summary, plus a count of the issues detected) is available, and the full detailed report — including all identified issues, all remedies, the full zone breakdown, and a downloadable PDF — can be unlocked with a one-time payment of ₹499.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

4. Your Inputs & Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the photos, floor plans, and information you upload, and you confirm you have the right to upload and use them.
• You must not upload content that is unlawful, that infringes another party’s rights, or that depicts a property you have no right to share.
• You agree to provide accurate contact information (name, email, phone) so we can deliver your report and provide support.
• The accuracy of your report depends on the accuracy and clarity of the inputs you provide.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service, its reports, or its AI analysis.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, datasets, or the underlying AI models.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent the free preview, the paid unlock, or any usage limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Pricing & Payment

• The full detailed report is unlocked with a one-time payment of ₹499 (inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise). This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
• Payment is processed securely via our payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay, PhonePe, or similar RBI-licensed providers), supporting UPI, cards, and netbanking.
• We do not store your full card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
• The full report is delivered instantly and digitally upon successful payment. Refunds are governed by our Payment & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All software, models, designs, branding, and assets of the Service are owned by or licensed to HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd.
• Photos, floor plans, and information you upload remain your property; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and use them solely to provide the Service to you.
• The Vastu report generated for you is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Unauthorised commercial reproduction, redistribution, or modification of the Service may result in legal action.

8. Third-Party Services

• The Service integrates third-party providers such as Google Cloud / Google Gemini (AI analysis, hosting, storage) and Razorpay / PhonePe (payments).
• These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent functionality or policies.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Payments fail, are disputed, or charged back.
• You misuse the Service in ways that harm other users or third parties.
• Required by court order or government authority.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that any report is complete or error-free.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for decisions, expenditures, or actions you take based on the Vastu report or its suggestions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service or its reports
• Photos, floor plans, or information you upload
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party right

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of VastuGuru is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and used.

13. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
• Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
