We respect your right to control your data. If you no longer want to use UPI Soundbox Alert, you can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

What gets deleted

When we process your request, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Note: The App reads payment SMS only on your device and never uploads your SMS inbox to our servers, so there is no SMS content for us to delete. To remove the on-device payment-alert history, simply clear it in the App or uninstall the App.

What may be retained

In accordance with legal and compliance obligations under Indian law, the following may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form:

Active subscription

If you have an active auto-renewing subscription, please cancel it first via the App, your UPI / bank app, or by replying to our support email. See the Payment & Cancellation Policy for steps. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund — refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy.
