Last updated: 30 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of Tarotly, operated by HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd. By using the App you accept them. Read them together with our Privacy Policy and Payment & Cancellation Policy.
Entertainment only. Tarot readings in Tarotly are generated by software for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not predictions of fact and are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional advice of any kind. Do not make health, legal, financial or life decisions on the basis of a reading. If you need professional help, consult a qualified professional. If you are in distress, contact a doctor or a helpline.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and capable of entering a contract under Indian law. One account per mobile number.
2. Your Account
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
3. What the Service Is
- One three-card spread per calendar day, drawn by you and then fixed for that day.
- A reading derived from those cards — a leaning, a date window and a suggested remedy.
- Conversations with AI tarot readers about that spread, subject to the message allowance of your plan.
- Your past conversations, kept and continuable.
The readers are AI personas. They are not real named individuals, not licensed practitioners, and their replies are machine-generated.
4. Message Allowances
Every plan includes a number of messages. A “message” is one question you send to a reader; the reader’s reply is not counted. Allowances, and the message packs available to extend them, are described in the Payment & Cancellation Policy and shown in the App before you pay.
Message packs do not expire, but they can only be used while your subscription is active.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
- Attempt to extract, resell, or systematically copy readings, personas or prompts.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the App or its API.
- Interfere with the service, bypass message limits, or use another person’s account.
- Submit another person’s personal data without their consent.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, without refund where the breach is deliberate.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
The App, its card artwork, reader personas, text and software are owned by HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd or its licensors. The questions you write remain yours; you grant us a licence to store and process them in order to run the service.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Tarotly available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and the roster of readers may change, without notice. We may discontinue the service; if we do so while you hold a paid period, we will refund the unused part of it.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any decision you take on the basis of a reading. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
