Last updated: 10 July 2026

HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”) operates the Fable mobile application and related services (the “App”).

Fable is a short-video story app for children: it delivers bite-sized, kid-friendly story videos (“fables”) organised into playlists, collections, and themes that children can watch and enjoy. Fable is designed to be set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian, and used by children under their supervision. Certain features are available only to paid subscribers.

Fable is a children’s app operated through a parent or guardian account. The account and any subscription must be created and controlled by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly allow children to create their own accounts, make purchases, or provide personal information directly, and we do not use children’s activity to build advertising profiles or serve targeted behavioural advertising.

We are committed to protecting children’s privacy and handling all data responsibly, in line with laws such as the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU/UK GDPR (including provisions for children), and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use Fable, wherever in the world you use it.

By downloading, installing, or using Fable, the parent/guardian agrees to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
