You can ask us to delete your VastuGuru account and everything attached to it at any time.

How to request deletion

Email us from any address, and tell us the mobile number your account uses:

• Email: support@houseoftech.ai
• Subject: VastuGuru App Account Deletion Request
• Include: the registered mobile number

We will confirm the request on that number before deleting anything, so that nobody else can delete your account.

What gets deleted

• Your account and mobile number
• Your name
• Every Vastu analysis and report you have generated
• Your questionnaire answers
• Your conversations with the experts
• Your daily suggestion history

Your room photos and floor plans are never stored in the first place, so there is nothing of that kind to delete.

What we keep, and why

We keep payment and invoice records where Indian tax and accounting law requires it. These are financial records; they are not used to identify you in the app after deletion.

How long it takes

Within 7 working days of confirming the request.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not by itself stop an active auto-payment mandate. Please also follow the cancellation steps, or say so in the same email and we will do both.
