HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”) operates the Rizzup mobile application (the “App”).
Rizzup is a men’s self-improvement and personal-transformation app that helps users look more attractive and confident through AI-powered photo and facial analysis, personalised grooming, skincare, hairstyle and style guidance, jawline and posture routines, fitness tips, and before/after progress tracking. Certain content and features are available only to paid subscribers.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use Rizzup.
By downloading, installing, or using Rizzup, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Directly
- Mobile phone number (used for OTP-based login).
- Optional profile information such as name, age group, gender, height, build, skin type, hair type, and your transformation goals.
- Photos and selfies you upload or capture for face analysis, attractiveness ratings, grooming/style recommendations, and before/after progress tracking.
- Facial and appearance attributes derived from your photos (such as estimated face shape, skin and hair observations, and symmetry/feature scores) used to generate your personalised recommendations.
- Subscription and billing-related details when purchasing a premium plan.
- Feedback, support queries, or communications you send to us.
- Your activity within the App, such as routines started, recommendations followed, and progress logged.
B. Automatically Collected Information
- Device information: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, unique device identifiers.
- Usage data: features used, recommendations viewed, routines completed, time spent in the App.
- Performance data: crash reports, diagnostics, and error logs.
- Approximate location, if you grant the App permission, used only to suggest regional and language defaults.
- Analytics data collected via third-party tools to improve the App.
C. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not access your contact list, SMS, or call logs.
- We do not access your camera or photo library except when you actively use the photo-analysis or progress-tracking features, and only to capture or import the specific image you choose for that feature.
- We do not use your photos for biometric identification, surveillance, or to identify you to third parties.
- We do not collect government IDs or any sensitive personal data beyond the appearance information you choose to share for the App’s features.
- We do not store your full card or UPI details — payment information is handled directly by our payment gateway partner.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate your account via OTP and maintain secure login sessions.
- Analyse the photos you upload to generate attractiveness ratings, facial and grooming insights, and personalised style, skincare, hairstyle, and fitness recommendations.
- Track your before/after progress over time so you can see how your transformation is going.
- Personalise content and routines based on your goals, profile, and progress.
- Process subscription payments and manage billing.
- Send service messages such as OTP, payment receipts, routine reminders, and important account notices.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access.
- Improve App performance, fix bugs, and develop new features — using de-identified or aggregated data wherever possible.
3. Your Photos & Facial Analysis Data
- Photos you upload are used only to provide the App’s analysis, recommendation, and progress features to you.
- Photos and the appearance attributes derived from them are private to your account and are not shown publicly, sold, or used to advertise to others.
- Photos may be processed by trusted third-party AI / image-analysis providers strictly to perform the analysis you requested, under data-protection agreements.
- You can delete individual photos in the App at any time, and you can request deletion of all your photos and analysis data — see the Delete Account page.
4. Subscription & Payment Information
- Payments are handled by RBI-licensed payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay, PhonePe, or similar providers) using UPI, cards, netbanking, and UPI Autopay. The active payment gateway may change from time to time without prior notice.
- The payment gateway partner processes and stores card and UPI mandate details under its own security and privacy policies.
- We retain only your subscription status, plan, and transaction reference for billing and tax compliance.
5. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share limited data only:
- With service providers (cloud hosting, payment gateway partners such as Razorpay or PhonePe, OTP delivery via voicensms.in, AI / image-analysis providers strictly for processing the photos you submit, analytics) under data-protection agreements.
- To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or lawful government requests.
- In case of mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring (with notice to users).
- To protect rights, safety, and platform security.
6. Data Storage & Security
- We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls.
- Data is stored on cloud infrastructure (including outside India) with appropriate safeguards.
- While we take strong precautions, no system is completely secure.
7. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active.
- Photos and facial-analysis data are retained only as long as needed to provide your recommendations and progress history, and are deleted when you delete them or request account deletion.
- Transaction records are retained for the duration required by Indian tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years).
- Analytics data may be retained in anonymised form for up to 24 months.

8. Your Privacy Rights
Under applicable laws (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct or update your information
- Request deletion of your data

9. Children’s Privacy
- Rizzup is intended for users aged 13 and above.
- Users under 18 should use the App with parental or guardian guidance.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children below 13.
10. Third-Party Services
- The App may use third-party tools including Razorpay (payments), voicensms.in (OTP), cloud storage providers, AI / image-analysis providers (to power photo analysis and recommendations), and analytics services.
- These services operate under their own privacy policies.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
- We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
- Significant changes will be communicated through the App.
- Continued use of Rizzup means acceptance of the updated policy.
