These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Post Cheyandi mobile application, website, software, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by CIVICSTACK TECHNOLOGIES LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”).

By accessing, downloading, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

Post Cheyandi is a Telugu poster-making app that lets users create personalised posters and creatives for festivals, events, birthdays, anniversaries, good-morning wishes, condolences, political occasions, religious occasions, and other day-to-day greetings by adding their name, photo, and (optionally) their business, organisation, or party details to ready-made design templates. Templates are curated and updated by the Company; certain templates and features are available only to paid subscribers.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
• If you are under 18, you must use the Platform under parental or guardian supervision.
• By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• Account creation is required for most features and is performed via OTP-based mobile verification.
• You are responsible for the security of your registered phone number and OTP.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts with false, misleading, or shared credentials.

4. License & Usage Rights

4.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform and to download and share posters generated from your account. Templates, artwork, fonts, illustrations, icons, and stock imagery on the Platform are licensed for your personal or non-broadcast promotional use within the posters you generate, and may not be redistributed as raw assets.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute any template, font, artwork, or stock asset as a standalone file.
• Modify, edit, or remove watermarks or branding from any free-tier Platform content where such watermarks are present.
• Use Platform content to defame, demean, or incite hatred against any community, religion, caste, party, or individual.
• Upload photos or likenesses of any other person without their consent, or upload content that is unlawful, obscene, abusive, defamatory, or infringes another party’s intellectual property or right of publicity.
• Create posters that impersonate another individual, brand, party, or organisation in a way intended to mislead.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, template databases, or image-generation models.
• Use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Share your account, OTP, or active subscription with others.

4.3 Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for the photos, names, and text you upload or add to a poster, and for the posters you generate and share. You confirm that you have all rights, consents, and permissions required to use that content.

5. Subscription, Pricing & Payments

• Premium templates and features are available through paid subscription plans.
• Current pricing is displayed inside the App and on the paywall screen at the time of purchase.
• Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice; existing active subscriptions remain at the price agreed at purchase until renewal.
• Payments are processed securely via RBI-licensed payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay, PhonePe, or similar providers) supporting UPI, cards, netbanking, and UPI Autopay. The active payment gateway may change from time to time without prior notice.
• We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.
• Subscriptions auto-renew via UPI Autopay or card mandate until cancelled. See our Payment & Cancellation Policy for full details.

6. Refund & Cancellation

• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges; current period access continues until expiry.
• Due to the digital nature of the content, all completed payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

7. Content Disclaimer

• Post Cheyandi templates are designed for personal greeting, celebration, devotional, political, business-promotion, and social-share use. They are not certified or endorsed by any government, political party, religious body, or organisation unless explicitly stated.
• Auto-fitting of your name, photo, and text into a template is generated by automated layout and image-processing systems; we make reasonable efforts toward quality but do not guarantee that every poster is pixel-perfect or error-free.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep festival dates, calendar events, and template metadata accurate, but the Company does not guarantee that every fact or date is exhaustive or error-free.
• We do not guarantee any specific reach, engagement, vote share, business outcome, or social-media performance from posters made on the Platform.

8. User Conduct

• You are responsible for the lawful and respectful use of the Platform and any poster generated through it.
• Do not use the Platform to harass, threaten, or incite violence against any individual or group.
• Misuse, including political content that violates the Model Code of Conduct or election law in force at the time, may result in suspension or termination of your account and reporting to authorities where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• All templates, artwork, illustrations, fonts, stock imagery, designs, branding, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to CIVICSTACK TECHNOLOGIES LLP.
• Photos and text you upload remain your property; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and render them solely to provide the Platform’s services to you.
• You receive a personal-use / promotional-use license over the generated poster only; no ownership of underlying templates or assets transfers to you.
• Unauthorised commercial reproduction, redistribution, or modification may result in legal action.

10. Third-Party Services

• The Platform integrates third-party services such as payment gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay, PhonePe), voicensms.in (OTP delivery), cloud storage providers, image-processing and AI providers, and analytics tools.
• These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent functionality or policies.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Payments fail, are disputed, or chargedback.
• You misuse the Platform in ways that harm other users or third parties.
• Required by court order or government authority.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for misuse of generated posters by users or third parties.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CIVICSTACK TECHNOLOGIES LLP, its partners, officers, employees, and service providers from any claims arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform or its content
• Photos, names, or text you upload, or posters you generate or share
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party right

14. Privacy Policy

Your use of Post Cheyandi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and used.

15. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
• Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
