CIVICSTACK TECHNOLOGIES LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”) operates the Post Cheyandi mobile application (the “App”).

Post Cheyandi is a Telugu poster-making app that lets users create personalised posters and creatives for festivals, events, birthdays, anniversaries, good-morning wishes, condolences, political occasions, religious occasions, and other day-to-day greetings by adding their name, photo, and (optionally) their business or party details to ready-made design templates. Certain templates and features are available only to paid subscribers.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use Post Cheyandi.

By downloading, installing, or using Post Cheyandi, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Mobile phone number (used for OTP-based login).
• Your display name and any other text (such as designation, party name, business name, location, slogan, or message) that you add to a poster.
• Photographs that you upload from your device or capture using the camera in order to place on a poster (for example, your profile photo, leader photo, team photo, or product photo).
• Optional profile information such as language preference, region, profession, and the kinds of posters you usually make.
• Subscription and billing-related details when purchasing a premium plan.
• Feedback, support queries, or communications you send to us.
• Saved drafts, shared posters, favourited templates, and other in-app activity.

B. Automatically Collected Information

• Device information: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, unique device identifiers.
• Usage data: templates browsed, posters created, posters shared, time spent in the App.
• Performance data: crash reports, diagnostics, and error logs.
• Approximate location, if you grant the App permission, used only to suggest regional festivals, events, and language defaults.
• Analytics data collected via third-party tools to improve the App.

C. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not access your contact list, SMS, or call logs.
• We do not access your camera or photo library except when you actively choose to upload or capture a photo for a poster.
• We do not collect government IDs or any sensitive personal data.
• We do not store your full card or UPI details — payment information is handled directly by our payment gateway partner.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your account via OTP and maintain secure login sessions.
• Render your name, photo, and chosen text into the poster template you selected.
• Personalise template suggestions based on your language, region, and the types of posters you usually make.
• Process subscription payments and manage billing.
• Send service messages such as OTP, payment receipts, festival reminders, and important account notices.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access.
• Improve App performance, fix bugs, and develop new templates and features.

3. Subscription & Payment Information

• Payments are handled by RBI-licensed payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay, PhonePe, or similar providers) using UPI, cards, netbanking, and UPI Autopay. The active payment gateway may change from time to time without prior notice.
• The payment gateway partner processes and stores card and UPI mandate details under its own security and privacy policies.
• We retain only your subscription status, plan, and transaction reference for billing and tax compliance.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share limited data only:

• With service providers (cloud hosting, payment gateway partners such as Razorpay or PhonePe, OTP delivery via voicensms.in, image-processing / AI providers strictly for generating your posters, analytics) under data-protection agreements.
• To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or lawful government requests.
• In case of mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring (with notice to users).
• To protect rights, safety, and platform security.

5. Data Storage & Security

• We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls.
• Data is stored on cloud infrastructure (including outside India) with appropriate safeguards.
• Photos you upload are stored only for the purpose of generating your posters and powering features like “my posters” or re-using your photo across templates.
• While we take strong precautions, no system is completely secure.

6. Data Retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• Uploaded photos and generated posters are retained so that you can re-use, re-download, or re-share them, and are deleted on request.
• Transaction records are retained for the duration required by Indian tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years).
• Analytics data may be retained in anonymised form for up to 24 months.
• You may request account and data deletion at any time — see the Delete Account page.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Under applicable laws (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct or update your information
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent
• File a complaint with authorities

8. Children’s Privacy

• Post Cheyandi is intended for users aged 13 and above.
• Users under 18 should use the App with parental or guardian guidance.
• We do not knowingly collect data from children below 13.

9. Third-Party Services

• The App may use third-party tools including Razorpay (payments), voicensms.in (OTP), cloud storage providers, image-processing / AI providers (to power poster generation), and analytics services.
• These services operate under their own privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
• Significant changes will be communicated through the App.
• Continued use of Post Cheyandi means acceptance of the updated policy.
