These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JaatPride mobile application, website, software, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”).

By accessing, downloading, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

JaatPride is a community content app that offers posters, wallpapers, and ringtones celebrating Jaat history, culture, leaders, and heritage. Content is curated and updated by the Company; certain content is available only to paid subscribers.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
• If you are under 18, you must use the Platform under parental or guardian supervision.
• By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• Account creation is required for most features and is performed via OTP-based mobile verification.
• You are responsible for the security of your registered phone number and OTP.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts with false, misleading, or shared credentials.

4. License & Usage Rights

4.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use. Downloaded posters, wallpapers, and ringtones may be used as personal status, wallpaper, or ringtone on your own devices and shared with friends and family for non-commercial purposes.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content.
• Modify, edit, or remove watermarks or branding from downloaded media.
• Use Platform content to defame, demean, or incite hatred against any community, religion, caste, or individual.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or media databases.
• Use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Share your account, OTP, or active subscription with others.

5. Subscription, Pricing & Payments

• Premium content is available through paid subscription plans (monthly and annual).
• Current pricing is displayed inside the App and on the paywall screen at the time of purchase.
• Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice; existing active subscriptions remain at the price agreed at purchase until renewal.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, UPI Autopay).
• We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.
• Subscriptions auto-renew via UPI Autopay or card mandate until cancelled. See our Payment & Cancellation Policy for full details.

6. Refund & Cancellation

• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges; current period access continues until expiry.
• Due to the digital nature of the content, all completed payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

7. Content Disclaimer

• JaatPride content celebrates community heritage and culture. It is published for personal pride, devotion, and information only.
• Historical references and quotes are presented in good faith and may be subject to differing interpretations.
• We do not endorse any political party, electoral candidate, or commercial product through Platform content.
• The Company does not guarantee the historical accuracy of every detail in user-generated or community-submitted material.

8. User Conduct

• You are responsible for the lawful and respectful use of any downloaded or shared content.
• Do not use Platform media to harass, threaten, or incite violence against any individual or group.
• Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account and reporting to authorities where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• All artwork, audio, designs, branding, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd.
• You receive a personal-use license only; no ownership transfers to you.
• Unauthorised commercial reproduction, redistribution, or modification may result in legal action.

10. Third-Party Services

• The Platform integrates third-party services such as Razorpay (payments), voicensms.in (OTP delivery), Supabase (data storage), and analytics tools.
• These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent functionality or policies.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Payments fail, are disputed, or chargedback.
• You misuse content in ways that harm the community or the Platform.
• Required by court order or government authority.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for misuse of downloaded content by users or third parties.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform or downloaded content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party right

14. Privacy Policy

Your use of JaatPride is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and used.

15. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
• Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
