These Terms govern your use of the Clearo mobile application (the “App”), operated by HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Clearo is a file manager and storage cleaner that works on your device. It lists your files, lets you open, share, copy, move, rename and delete them, and suggests junk files, empty folders, duplicates, large files and APK files you may want to remove.
Clearo is free and supported by ads. There are no purchases, subscriptions or payments in the App.
We may change or discontinue features at any time.

2. Deleting Files — Your Responsibility

Deleting a file with Clearo removes it from your phone permanently. There is no recycle bin and we cannot recover it. Please review every list before you tap Clean or Delete.

Suggestions such as “junk”, “duplicate” or “large file” are made automatically from file names, sizes and contents and may be wrong. You decide what is deleted.
Keep backups of anything important.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not reverse-engineer the App, use it to damage other people’s devices or data, or interfere with ads (for example by clicking ads you are not interested in or using tools that generate fake ad traffic).

5. Advertising

The App shows third-party ads served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for third-party products, websites or offers you reach through them.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will find every unneeded file.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or files, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. You can stop using Clearo at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurgaon, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
