Delete Your PIC AI Account & Data

We respect your right to control your data. If you no longer want to use PIC AI, you can request deletion of your account, your uploaded photos, and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.
How to request deletion
Send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your PIC AI account, or include your registered phone number. You can also call us on the number listed below.

- Registered phone number / email on your account
- (Optional) Reason for deletion — helps us improve
What gets deleted
When we process your request, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Your account profile (phone number / email, name, language preference, notification preferences)
- All photos you uploaded and any face data processed from them
- All AI-generated photos saved in your account history / gallery
- Your template selections, prompts, and in-app activity
- Login session tokens and OTP records
- Any feedback or support correspondence
- Subscription identifier linked to your account (transactional records may be retained for statutory compliance — see below)
Note: Results you exported or saved to your own device or cloud storage are under your control and are not affected by account deletion. Uploaded photos and generated results that were never saved to your account are auto-deleted from our processing servers within the window described in our Privacy Policy (typically up to 30 days).
What may be retained
In accordance with legal and compliance obligations under Indian law, the following may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form:
- Anonymised usage analytics (cannot be linked back to you)
- Billing and tax records required for GST and audit compliance (typically up to 7 years)
- Logs required for fraud prevention and platform security
Active subscription
If you have an active auto-renewing subscription, please cancel it first via the App, your UPI / bank app, or by replying to our support email. See the Payment & Cancellation Policy for steps. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund — refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy.
Timeframe
- We acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification.
- You will receive a confirmation message once deletion is complete.
