HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”) operates the LearnFast - Telugu mobile application (the “App”).

LearnFast - Telugu is a Telugu-language microlearning app offering short learning videos, lessons, quizzes, and study content across general knowledge, current affairs, language, exam preparation, and skill-building topics. Certain content is available only to paid subscribers.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use LearnFast - Telugu.

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Mobile phone number (used for OTP-based login).
• Optional profile information such as name, age group, preferred language, and learning interests.
• Subscription and billing-related details when purchasing a premium plan.
• Feedback, support queries, or communications you send to us.
• Quiz responses, lesson progress, and learning activity within the App.

B. Automatically Collected Information

• Device information: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, unique device identifiers.
• Usage data: videos watched, lessons completed, quizzes attempted, time spent in the App.
• Performance data: crash reports, diagnostics, and error logs.
• Approximate location, if you grant the App permission, used only to suggest regional content (e.g., language and exam defaults).
• Analytics data collected via third-party tools to improve the App.

C. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your contact list, microphone, or camera content.
• We do not collect government IDs, exam scorecards, or any sensitive personal data.
• We do not store your full card or UPI details — payment information is handled directly by our payment gateway partner.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your account via OTP and maintain secure login sessions.
• Personalise learning content based on your interests, level, and progress.
• Process subscription payments and manage billing.
• Send service messages such as OTP, payment receipts, lesson reminders, and important account notices.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access.
• Improve App performance, fix bugs, and develop new features and lessons.

3. Subscription & Payment Information

• Payments are handled by RBI-licensed payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay, PhonePe, or similar providers) using UPI, cards, netbanking, and UPI Autopay. The active payment gateway may change from time to time without prior notice.
• The payment gateway partner processes and stores card and UPI mandate details under its own security and privacy policies.
• We retain only your subscription status, plan, and transaction reference for billing and tax compliance.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share limited data only:

• With service providers (cloud hosting, payment gateway partners such as Razorpay or PhonePe, OTP delivery via voicensms.in, analytics) under data-protection agreements.
• To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or lawful government requests.
• In case of mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring (with notice to users).
• To protect rights, safety, and platform security.

5. Data Storage & Security

• We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls.

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• Transaction records are retained for the duration required by Indian tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years).
