This Policy explains pricing, payment processing, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds for the Dhandha Guru subscription service offered by HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd.

1. Plans & Purchases

Dhandha Guru offers a paid subscription that unlocks premium features — local-rank tracking on Google Maps and Google Search for your keywords, AI studio product photos and short reels generated from your own photos, festival and offer poster templates, and your brand-asset library. The subscription starts with a 7-day introductory trial for ₹99, charged upfront, and then continues at ₹999 per month, auto-renewing until cancelled. Current pricing is displayed on the in-app paywall at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.

Active subscribers retain access to all premium features for the entire paid period.

2. Payment Methods

• Payments are processed by RBI-licensed payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay, PhonePe, or similar providers). The active payment gateway may change from time to time without prior notice.
• Supported methods: UPI & UPI Autopay, credit/debit cards, netbanking.
• For UPI Autopay and card mandates, you authorise the payment gateway partner to debit the agreed amount on each renewal date until you cancel. The mandate is set up when you start the trial, and the first ₹999 debit occurs at the end of the 7-day trial unless you cancel before then.
• HouseofTech does not store your card or UPI credentials — they are held by the payment gateway under its own security standards (PCI-DSS).

3. Currency, Pricing & Taxes

• Prices are shown in INR for users in India; where the App is offered elsewhere, prices are shown in your local currency where supported, otherwise in USD. Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign-exchange fees for cross-currency charges.
• Depending on your region, prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• A receipt is sent to you for each payment. Tax invoices are available on request from support@houseoftech.ai.

4. Auto-Renewal

• The subscription auto-renews at ₹999 at the end of the 7-day trial and at the end of each monthly cycle thereafter, using the UPI Autopay or card mandate set up at first purchase.
• If a renewal payment fails, the payment gateway may retry per its policy. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription lapses automatically — access reverts to the free tier.

5. How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not cut your current period short — you continue to enjoy premium access until your paid period ends (including the remainder of a ₹99 trial you cancel during).

Option A — From inside the App

• Open Dhandha Guru → Profile → Settings → Manage subscription → Cancel subscription.
• Your cancellation takes effect immediately for future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Option B — From your UPI / Bank App

• Open your UPI app (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM, or your bank’s app) and search for AutoPay (it may also be listed as Mandates, Autopay & Mandates, or Automatic payments).
• Find the “HouseofTech / Dhandha Guru” mandate → choose Pause to temporarily stop upcoming charges, or Cancel to revoke the mandate permanently.
• For cards, log in to your bank’s net banking → Recurring Mandates → cancel the standing instruction.
• Once the mandate is paused or revoked we cannot collect the next renewal, so your subscription lapses at the end of your current paid period.

Option C — Email Support

• Email support@houseoftech.ai from your registered email or with your registered mobile number, with the subject “Dhandha Guru Cancellation Request”, and we will cancel the auto-renewal within 2 working days.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Eligible refund cases

• Duplicate charge — if you were charged twice for the same trial or cycle, the duplicate amount is refunded in full within 5–10 working days.
• Failed activation — if your payment was charged but premium access was not activated within 24 hours and our support team cannot resolve it, you receive a full refund.
• Charged after cancellation — if you cancelled auto-renewal (in-app, by mandate revocation, or by email received before the renewal date) and were still charged for a new cycle, that charge is refunded in full.
• Unauthorised charge — if you can show a charge was made without your consent, report it within 7 days; we will investigate and, if confirmed, refund the disputed amount.
• Statutory rights — if the consumer law of your country grants a mandatory withdrawal/cooling-off or refund right that applies to digital services, we will honour it. Note that in many jurisdictions (e.g., the EU/UK), the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content lapses once you consent to immediate delivery and the service is performed.

6.2 Non-eligible cases

• Dissatisfaction with the content or outcome of a creative, suggestion, or rank result — features are delivered instantly and are not guaranteed to look a particular way, match your expectations, or improve your business results (see our Terms & Conditions).
• Your rank not improving, or rank data differing from what you or a customer sees in a live search.
• Change of mind, loss of interest, or unused subscription time or generation quota.
• Poor creative results caused by input image quality — lighting, blur, resolution, or camera limitations. Support will gladly help you re-shoot and regenerate.
• Inability to use the App due to user-side issues such as device incompatibility, connectivity, or revoked permissions.
• Failure to cancel before the trial ends or before an upcoming renewal date.
• Account suspension or termination for violation of our Terms or usage rules.

6.3 How to request a refund

• Email support@houseoftech.ai with subject “Dhandha Guru Refund Request”.
• Include your registered mobile number or email, transaction ID (visible in your payment receipt and in the App’s Subscription screen), and reason for refund.
• We acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve eligible refunds within 7–10 working days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method; cross-border refunds may take longer depending on your bank.

7. Free Tier & the Introductory Trial

• The free tier of Dhandha Guru remains available without payment and includes limited features, with limits on rank checks, generations, and downloads.
• The 7-day introductory trial costs ₹99, charged upfront when you start it; it is a paid trial, not a free trial. The trial price, duration, and the ₹999/month renewal that follows are shown at the paywall before you confirm. Auto-charge of ₹999 begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.

8. Price Changes

• We may revise plan prices. Existing active subscribers continue at the price they originally agreed to until their next renewal cycle.
• If pricing changes for your next renewal, you will be notified in advance and may cancel before being charged the new rate.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

• If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your account during dispute resolution.
• Please email support first — most issues are resolved faster directly.
